Registration for the 2024 – 2025 school year:
- Please use this link to complete the online Application: Providence Preschool Registration 24-25 . We are using a platform called Brightwheel. You will need to download the app after completing the form because it will be our primary way of communicating with you regarding your application status.
- Anyone can complete the application form starting on Dec 1st, 2023 at 1 pm. Currently enrolled students should complete the application by Jan 19th, 2024 at 1pm so that we know how many spaces will be available for new students. All registration forms, from any family (siblings, church members, or new families) interested in Providence Preschool for the 2024-25 school year should be submitted by Jan 31st, 2024 at 1 pm . We will conduct a lottery on February 1st, using the following priority groupings and in this order: current students (guaranteed spot for the upcoming year), active church members and siblings of current students, siblings of former students, and then new families. Accepted students will be notified through the Brightwheel app. Any student not accepted during the lottery and applications submitted after the January 31st will be added to the waitlist.
- Once accepted, please follow the instructions to fill out any necessary forms and pay the registration fee. The registration fee is necessary to hold your child's spot. The 2024-25 Registration fee is $100 for the first child and $50 for each additional child in the same family. The maximum registration fee for a family is $200 (if you have 4 or more kids enrolling). Families will have 5 days from acceptance to complete the necessary forms and pay the registration fee or we will move on to the next family. Please keep an eye on your Brightwheel account as this is where we will contact you with information.
Tuition
Tuition for the 2024 – 2025 school year is as follows:
M – F $350/month
MWF $250/month
T/R $200/month
We also give 10% discount for siblings, active church members, and military.
Note: Our 4 year old classes are all M-F.
