Ms. Laeni, Director

I have been so blessed to have the opportunity to touch the lives of so many children while working at Providence Preschool. I have worked at Providence for 10 years and have enjoyed being involved in helping this preschool grow. I started out as a substitute teacher, office aid, Bodies in Motion creator/teacher and Spanish teacher. Each of these jobs has helped me to have a greater appreciation for the children and the responsibility God places in the hands and hearts of those that teach His children. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education and have been involved with teaching preschool-aged children for over 16 years. I'm currently going back  to school to receive my Bachelors in Marriage and Family Science.  Please feel free to contact me anytime: director@providencekids.org

 Ms. Jessica, Assistant Director

I feel honored to be apart of such a wonderful preschool. Providence is dear to my heart, as all 3 of my children have participated in the program.  I studied Early Childhood Education at Towson Univerity in Maryland, and I am currently continuing my education at Stanly Community College. I have been  at Providence Preschool for 6 years. I love seeing all of the children grow and learn. Each child is a perfect gift from God, and it is a privilege to be a part of their lives!

I look forward to an amazing year with all your children.  I am so blessed to be able to spend my days with the wonderful children here at Providence Preschool.

    Ms. Lynn, Office Staff

I have an Associate’s Degree in the Healthcare field specializing in Administrative work, and enjoyed 15 years as a Medical Office Manager/Medical Assistant. After moving to Charlotte 24 years ago, I decided I had another calling…. motherhood! We have 3 children Jordan, Morgan, and Ryan. My special interests include: Being a Plexus Ambassador, reading, painting, cooking/baking, gardening, crafting, and finding a cure for Neurofibromatosis! I spent many hours at our children’s elementary schools volunteering, tutoring, as a PTA board member and treasurer, and classroom grade parent. I found my little niche of heaven at Providence Preschool 10 years ago. I have worn many hats at our school. I started out as an office aide and substitute teacher and moved into teaching. Three years ago, I moved back into the office and took on the Specials Instruction. I love watching each child grow in knowledge and in their spiritual life. It is such a privilege to be a part of their learning journey! I enjoy watching them come into school their first day nervous and shy, and graduate proud and confidant children of God! I still cry at each graduation.  I am so blessed to be a part of a work community that prays each morning, lifts each other up when necessary, and get as many hugs as my arms can hold! I can’t thank you all enough for entrusting your child to our care.
